Admissions

Prospective undergraduate, graduate or postdoctoral applicants: In order to participate in the CREATE DAV program you must have a commitment from one of the ten mentors (hotlink here) to serve as your supervisor. So please start by contacting one or more mentors working in your area of interest.

Once you have secured a commitment, you will submit an application to the CREATE DAV program through your proposed supervisor. If you are applying to be a graduate student trainee, please note that you must be accepted to a graduate program at one of the four participating institutions in order to participate in the CREATE DAV training program. However, you can be pre-approved for DAV prior to formal admission in a graduate program.

The program is two years in duration for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Undergraduates may participate for shorter periods on an ad hoc basis.
